If I could give zero stars, I would. Very unprofessional employees, and most of all Jason himself is the worst. Jason has told me in the past that I wasn't allowed to file a towing claim, because why should he write me a check for the tow that was $100 when I only paid 50 cents a month for the coverage. I cannot help how much State Farm charges for their towing coverage. Furthermore, I started shopping around rates locally to find a better agent that was polite and professional. When I decided to make the switch, he called me numerous times bad mouthing the other carrier. He was saying "they won't give you the same coverages" "you get what you pay for". To be honest, I received better coverages, better rates, and a better environment ran by professionals who care about their customers needs instead of how many sales and claims they have. State Farm is a good company, but I would HIGHLY recommend into shopping with other State Farm Agents than Jason.
