Extremely unprofessional and will hound you with phone calls to take out more insurance or life insurance. I mean several times a week even after you have asked them to stop. I was even "schooled" on life insurance in case my parents needed it. What? I was so insulted as my parents are deceased. Truly consider another company! It really is in your best interest.
