I have been with State Farm since 1980 and have been with Jon Ferguson's office for 18 years. The office staff is extremely good to work with. Over the years, they have been very helpful in guiding me with any questions I might have, making sure I have the correct coverages needed for my home and car insurances and setting up my life insurance, making sure requests and/or changes are handled, and making sure I have my proper discounts. I feel very secure in the knowledge that I am protected by State Farm and by Jon Ferguson and his staff.

Well I never really tried State Farm until last year. Needed to find a better policy and cheaper rate. So I asked Shannon if she could help me out. Boy was I glad I asked. She got my rate cut in half from my previous insurance company and she did it so easily and effortlessly with a smile and was willing to do whatever she could. I am very pleased with everyone in the office. When I walk in I am always greeted by someone. Thank you State Farm.
