I've been with State Farm for a year now, and the customer service here is nothing but top notch. We recently went through my policies, and found ways to improve and add to my coverage without changing my bottom line. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and they truly care about making sure that my family and I are ready for anything life brings. Can't recommend highly enough, and also, their office in Monroe is so cool! Love the decor.

Peyton Pettis is horrible. Told me that he did not care about me or my family. I have been a customer of State farm since 2006. I have been a customer of Peyton Pettis since 2012. They don't do as they say they make mistakes when adding coverage in State computer which leads to me getting fines. I would not recommend them to anyone. It's very unfortunate professional when like a good neighbor State farm is there. But Peyton has a attitude and believes he is a self rightous and treats all others beneth him

We started our policy at an agreed upon rate which was charged to my bannk account ONCE! Then every month it was a different amount OVER 100.00 over our quote!!! Finally had to cancel our policy due to a 400.00 charge to my bank account that was NEVER AGREED TO! After weeks of working with them they refused to issue a refund!!! The only thing they are good at is increasing your payment then explaining how it's your fault! ALTHOUGH NOTHING ON DRIVING RECORD HAS CHANGED!!!!!
