This company advertises that they will do your SEO's for $154 a month. With this a monthly report with pictures is supposed to be given. After month 3 I still did not see any pictures of progress. Not only this but they also deleted content from my website.Now I understand mistakes happen, but when approached, I was met with denial and rudeness rather than an apology and acceptance of the mistake. I have attached pictures here of my site edit history which clearly outlines the mistake. 5 minutes before I recieved the first email denying the mistake with a screen shot that it must be a wix error because they see a normal page I went into my site history and ADAM FIXED THE MISTAKE. I have attached here chronological proof that the mistake happened upon them publishing on my site. It would have been very easy to give a simple apology and take ownership as I am understanding that mistakes happen. He did not take any ownserhip and continued to deny the mistake and did not address any of my concerns that perhaps an error occured. I was not even rude, I just wanted a resolution and assurance that my SEO's were actually being worked on!After showing the picture proof to to Adam he then canceled my subscription. Now I have no idea if the $400 I paid went toward anything!They may be a good company to design your website but beware, if you disagree with them or call them out on a mistake, they will write you off without taking any ownership of their actions.
