I needed screen printing done on the back of my uniforms for my business and an American flag patch put on the arm for all the uniforms. I dropped one off as a test to see their work. I also needed a wrap put on three vehicles and asked for a quote starting with my truck. I think it was brad I talked to but he said he would print the shirt and send me proofs of the wrap. Well two or three months later I hadn’t heard anything so I went in and he said he hasn’t gotten it done and would get it done in a week and apologized for not getting it done (the shirt was in the same place he had put it when I dropped it off). I came back two to three weeks later. The shirt still not done had moved from the other chair to the chair he sits on everyday. Still no wrap proposal as well. Their web site says “we are vinyl wraps” more like we are unreliable. The guy that I talked to apologized and said they have been really swamped? Well three months with nothing done I am sure they have accepted more work since then so I obviously wasn’t made a priority. Very bad experience.
