Horrible experience... Called multiple times for a quote... Called again today said they had to call me back, I called back 2 hours later and this is what I was told " it's Friday we're busy and I can't give u a quote just because you call and request one?" What kind of business has customer service that talks to people this way?? I will not give these people my business even if it means saving $$. Very rude, oh and her name was Angie. Shop around people, just imagine how they will treat you if you were in an accident.

My actual agent is great, but unfortunately I will not be renewing my policy this year. The customer service at this office is terrible. I have been rushed off of the phone multiple times while I still have questions about my policy.
