Whoever the young white dark hair man is, is THE rudest person I’ve ever met. I called 3 hours prior and spoke to a very friendly young woman who said I could come in in a few hours and pick up my package. I did just that and this RUDE employee was at the counter. Told him what I was told and his exact words were “well she doesn’t sort the 700 packages I do. It won’t be ready today.” No sorry no apology what so ever. I would’ve never drove there had I known this obviously. He didn’t apologize for her or me being told wrong info. No trying to solve or make the problem better. TERRIBLE customer service. Thank God I always go to the Somerdale location because I will never be going back there again.

Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! Staff very professional, friendly, and personable!!! Kinda has a "Mayberry" feel which is refreshing after working in the city.

Thanks for going the extra mile.My prescription medicine was delivered to the wrong address. I called the post office and they were able to 'geolocate' the exact address where the carrier scanned the delivery (one block over - same house number). The woman who took my call drove to the location, recovered my package and delivered it back to me herself.

Every time I've been here I've encountered is very friendly and polite employees! It's always clean inside and luckily I've gone at times where there was little to no line.

Married guy Frank who works the counter likes them young. Black guy Bryant who works the counter likes them young and white. Postmaster Ted lets it all go on right under his nose. Husbands, boyfriends, and dads keep your girls away from this cesspool.

new delivery driver exhibited pure laziness by placing boxes behind gate WITH my dogs! (Common sense?) have called multiple times over the 7 yrs I've lived here to advise them that this is unacceptable. Because when my usual mailman was on vaca the fill ins would do this often. Just called to advise them that my dog got into $300 of packages yesterday, not only is the lost retail an issue, but my dog's well being should matter as well!! When I called and asked who to report a problem to, the young gentleman on the phone said "how can I help you." Told him the issue even though I found it odd I wasn't transferred to a manager or supervisor and his response was rude and RUSHED. "Well where do you want the packages?" I will be calling back and asking for a supervisor. No wonder more and more ppl are using UPS/Fed Ex. Thank goodness for the Somerdale location bc the ppl who work there are friendly. Shame my mail has to leave from this facility they can care less about the receiptients or its customers

There's only one worker there that is beyond rude, she acts like she's doing the customers a favor and we're bothering her. She's the larger black woman with the short hair.....hate going there and seeing she's working, makes me want to turn around and find the furthest post office from her.
