They fired the best employee - Kaitlyn, and now there is this young arrogant pushy male who works at the office, and a greedy manager named Sue. There rates are also high! I would stick to State Farm, as I have had them for 22+ years (out on the East Coast), but find another office other than Sue's. Best of luck, beautiful souls! ++++
