Sue Mullen and Staff in Chippewa Falls, and State Farm Claims have always been on spot with prompt follow through on all policy issues/changes and claims. My most recent claim in early April 2018 was handled in a very professional manner, especially Sue's personal assistance by phone with follow up after my accident. The claims staff along with Sue and staff were prompt and friendly with getting my claim processed timely and again in a professional manner.I have been a policy holder with State Farm since 1983. Sue covers my rural property home, vehicles and out buildings. I know I can trust on her to make me feel I am insured accordingly. You can get insurance with other companies and maybe lower premiums but I'll tell ya, State Farm's ' Like a good neighbor State Farm is there' is the truth. Sincerely, Randy TRural Bloomer WI

Excellent service and such personable staff! I have always had the easiest time speaking with Sue and her assistants about my insurance needs. I live in Missouri now but keep my life insurance with Sue. Her two assistants, Carolyn & Mariah, will work around my schedule even if it means working a Saturday, in order to accommodate my needs. I highly suggest Sue and State Farm for everyone!

Our family has been with State Farm Ins since the 1980's. When we switched agents along the way, and started working with Sue Mullen's office, we we were impressed with Sue's caring, thoughtful customer service. The level of service has been consistent over the years and with many recent changes I've had to make, Sue and Carolyn have continued to provide superb customer care. They are the most helpful insurance agents I have ever worked with. They don't only answer questions but anticipate what might be helpful and offer information and suggestions. Their customer service is outstanding, pricing is competitive and coverage is superb. I definitely recommend State Farm / Sue Mullen and Staff.
