Sue Mullen and Staff in Chippewa Falls, and State Farm Claims have always been on spot with prompt follow through on all policy issues/changes and claims. My most recent claim in early April 2018 was handled in a very professional manner, especially Sue's personal assistance by phone with follow up after my accident. The claims staff along with Sue and staff were prompt and friendly with getting my claim processed timely and again in a professional manner.I have been a policy holder with State Farm since 1983. Sue covers my rural property home, vehicles and out buildings. I know I can trust on her to make me feel I am insured accordingly.
