My 11 year old Daughter and I went on a tour to Bird and Crab Island..We have never Kayaked before. The Crew was very accommodating and patient with us..We were always behind the rest of the group..But one of the guides stayed right with us until we got the hang of it. Carrie is very informative about the Sea life which made the trip very educational..Can't wait to do this again soon.Next time I will remember to bring a SMALL cooler & pack lunch..Leave my towels in the car..I didn't need a thing except water. Don't wear flip flops..Wear sandals or cheap water shoes..Don't over pack..Next time my daughter and I will have individual kayaks not Tandem..It was easier with only one of us paddling ?♀️@michael spence per your previous post..when you decide to fish in an inlet and near the estuaries you should take into consideration there is heavy traffic..with other boats, and tons of jet skis..so maybe YOU were in the way of the 13 Kayaks with 26 people...This company has been doing tours in this area for years..
