If you have children BEWARE. We rented a duplex through Sun-Surf Realty, first, the house was in disrepair, wall sockets hanging out of the wall, curtain rods hanging, the house was a shambles. Second, according to Sun-Surf, their was “light maintenance “ going on next door which in reality was heavy repetitive banging, we had young children who napped daily and were unable to do so because of all the noise!! Very stressful!. When we called Sun-Surf they did absolutely NOTHING! They were so apathetic that it was mind boggling! Will never rent from them again. They don’t even know what customer service is. I’ve been told the Emerald Isle Reality and BLUEWATER Reality are the best! I can’t even rate it one star, they are that bad.
