Great tour, comfortable and warm bus and excellent guide.I went in the October off season and the roads were icey and impossible to make it up lake Maligne Road due to a crashed tour coach. The tour guide noticed the situation and changed our hike that complemented the group to lake pyramid, we saw a Bald Eagle elk, pine Martin and a grizzly bear! Majorly due to the keen eye of the tour guide being able to spot them whilst driving. Brilliant.

booked a bus trip from Edson to Edmonton (I have used the service three times before) and it was the first time I had booked the trip on my own, I goofed up my reservation and phoned the office for help, the customer service I received from Paul was above and beyond, great company..will continue to use this service and recommend it to everyone!

My experiences with this company were fantastic! I took several tours with this company over the last week and the guides were all great! Fred, Eliot, and Harry were lovely and beyond knowledgeable, as well as nice to chat with. My first tour with them was rescheduled by Sundog as the time I'd booked had low attendance, which is totally understandable. Due to my train arriving late, I was worried I'd miss my tour, but they waited for me and one of the office staff was there to meet me and a couple and took us to meet up with the rest of our group. When I arrived I just looked for Sundog staff and everyone I talked to knew exactly who I was and where I needed to be. It was incredible how organized and caring they all were.This company, in large part, made my visit to Jasper the unforgettable time that it was!

Had an amazing experience with the best guide I’ve ever had on any tour. Warren’s knowledge, enthusiasm, and kind nature are one of a kind. I highly recommend Warren as a tour guide. I can’t say enough good things about him, he’s such a wonderful man.
