If i could give 0 stars i would.... nobody returns calls not even from tampa corporate. They do not care about the customer or service.... only money... my honest opinion STAY AWAY there are much better companies...... all my proposals for new work have a stipulation that states we will not work on a particular job if synergy equipment is on site. This is our new policy and we have ammended all our proposals and LOIs to say so.

Alex Young has been unbelievable to work with. Equipment shows up on time, rarely breaks down and gets picked up within an hour of requested time. Would recommend to anyone that rents any machinery to check out Synergy.

Very Bad. I ordered some parts, and they have not shipped the parts Yet. I tried to contact them over the email, and no one answers the emails. Very bad service.
