I'm a former employee at synergy management, and dispite the reviews claiming it to be a MML scam, that is untrue. It is a direct sales job. At the time of my employment we sold verizon TV, Phone, & Internet. Though they aren't aren't transparent through the hiring process until you are actually hired it's pretty understandable why. The idea of going door to door is tough to swallow and is definitely no walk in the park.They provide you good training plus the tools you need to succeed and the corporate culture makes you feel like a part of the family sometimes. You have to be willing to work your ass off though and should have strong mental fortitude and thick skin. I learned alot about becoming an entrepreneur working here.PROS: Good CEO, You can learn how to run a business, learn the ins and out of direct sales marketing, energetic office environment, unlimited potential for growth for those who are teachable, straight forward path to promotions, road trips, tough valueble lessons for future entrepreneurs.CONS: No work/life balance due to long hours, mill system, unorganization and little coordination among leaders sometimes can make things chaotic.
