In the course of researching packaging companies, I had the opportunity to speak with several of Taylor Box Company’s customers and ask them about their experiences with Taylor. I’ve done many reference checks and I don’t recall any that evoked such honest and direct feedback. The central themes of customer comments included “a very collaborative approach to projects”, “a high level of sales and customer support”, “a strong value proposition” and “delivered as promised”. The Taylor clients I interviewed clearly trust the company to do the right thing and I have found this to be the case in all of my dealings with them.
