I'm posting this about the mental health department. It is the worst mental health place ever. Dr. Prathikanti and his medical assistant Jaimee are horrible providers. Alana the receptionist is very rude as well. Dr. Prathikanti took me off the medications that helped and made me take ones that made me worse. He doubted the fact that I was having horrid side effects. They treated me like a drug seeker. Which I am not. I also heard bad things about Addo Patrick when he was there and Brian Bromely from other patients. I'm still traumatized by that place and having side effects from their bad medications. DO NOT go there ever! They should be called mental ill providers not mental health providers. I would have given it zero stars if I could have.

WORST health department EVER! Don't even bother calling them! I've called several times about a VERY URGENT situation, and not only do they NOT ANSWER their phones, they also WILL NOT call you back if you leave a message.
