Feedback:
They'll fail you on driving tests on technicalities, even when it's clear you know the content and procedures you need to know and display proficiency in the necessary skills. Refuse to indicate where you're deficient, according to them. Typical bureaucratic b.s. Called another dps office and had them tell us exactly what we failed on. The failures were technicalities. Needed clarification on parameters and the tester refused to communicate.
Feedback:
Just incompetent. No way around it.
Feedback:
My husband was here from Afghanistan, and took our daughter to get her Learners Permit, and each time they went they needed some thing else.
Feedback:
Husband goes in for CDL test. Website says vehicle registration and insurance is needed for new residents surrending their licenses. My husband is not a new residence, not his first driving license, and was still not allowed to take the test because he didn't have the vehicle registration on him! He showed them their website says he didn't need it. Supervisor sided with him and denied him service. Pretty bad when clerks and their superiors don't know their own procedures.
Feedback:
If i could rate this DPS a 0 star i would but unfortunately I cant. Everyone who works here is so rude and don't have any patience with anyone.
Feedback:
So sad how bad the lady clerks there treat the public that need genuine help. Being kind to someone isn't difficult ...
Feedback:
They apparently don't have the ability to tell you everything the first time. Enjoy going back 3 times, each time to find out ANOTHER thing you need
Feedback:
One word describes the people that work there as clerks: IDIOTS As the other poster said, Trooper Gomez was the only person there that had any common sense.
Feedback:
To deputy Gomez (didnt get the first name) who was answering calls today....you sir are what policemen are all about. Told him of a possible missing person in my family and this guy jumped to gear calling all hospitals...counties...surrounding cities...and other law enforcement looking for them. And you could hear the fear and hope in his voice that she would be ok. Begged that I call back and let him know if she was ok and found. All around best man in that city and office.
