We have purchased deli cup shrink bands from this company since 2012. Back then we received ordering problems but none for at least 2 yrs. Brenmar heard their customers and fixed the problems. We have also had no complaints w/ the product and have even recommended it to other businesses. We have lots of vendors and as a small business I love vendors which simply deliver and offer no problems.

First time ordering from this company and it’s been anything but a pleasant experience. They charged the credit card upon the order being received without knowing wether they even had the product on hand! The order was placed the beginning of September and nothing was received for weeks! Only a tiny unimportant part of the order was ever received, many phone conversations that got no where trying to get a refund because the order was never going to be received. They shipped it to somewhere else and then would not refund the shipping charges to us. Absolutely ridiculous to have a $22 shipping charge on a $15 item. Nothing was resolved the customer service was rude and they are not worth working with. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!!
