I was stunned by the nonchalant, dissmissive manner in which the woman working (who arrarently is also the manager) treated me. I was given the most unwelcoming "Go Away" tone when I asked a question. I would highly suggest patronizing another printing service provider in Fort Bragg, it will save you the shock and frustration of working with such an unkind person.

I went in this morning to have some fliers printed. Simple, black and white, 8 1/2 x 11. I really only needed about 30 copies, but was told that it would cost more to print less. After going back and forth, I ended up ordering 100 copies. The guy told me it would be about $10. When I asked how much for only 50 copies, he said it would be around $15.When I went back a couple hours later to pick them up, I was charged $17. That’s almost double what I was told it would be.I checked their website later and according to the order form there, my prints should have cost $11.17 total.Will NOT be using Color Mill again.

When I got to there the door was locked and I was standing behind a gentleman outside of the shop. I was unaware that they had changed to winter hours and had closed at 4:00 instead of 5:00 p.m. It also happened to be Valentine's Day and Laura who had dinner plans with her husband went ahead and let us both in and happily helped us. She made copies for me and sent a very large fax. Everytime that I have been to The Color MillI have left very satisfied and happy. This particular time Laura went Above and Beyond the call of duty. Thank You Laura I really do appreciate you?. I would highly recommend anyone who needs any type of copying, faxing, printing, or any other specialized job to go to the Color Mill.
