Yup like others said, they do not work together. A huge disconnect within the org. They put up some broad-based roles online to get your resume, but they do not currently have those in hand. You submit your resume, just to sleep in their database. One fine day, Mr A approached me saying he had quite a few roles now. But after the interview, nothing. Mr A passed me to Mr B who said he had an urgent role to fill. He would email me the JD then would submit me to the client but he never got back to me. On the next day, Mr C called me up offering a less relevant role, I said I couldn't do. I told Mr A already that I do not have skill XX. Mr C turned to attack me as if I had negative attitude and "not pinching in would eliminate" me. Arrogant and disrespectful. Having been in Fortune 50 companies as a hiring manager and have used recruiting firms myself before, I think this is a real joke.
