It gives me great pride to be part of The Crossroads Group for over 7 years. As a Surveyor I interview patients and get to hear first-hand about the improvements they have witnessed at their respective medical centers over the course of so many years thanks to the surveys they complete with me on the telephone. Our Clients pay attention to their patients concerns and suggestions and implement these suggestions when feasible and appropriate, and that fills me with pride because I played a small part in that progress. I enjoy working with the staff at The Crossroads Group. They are always positive, helpful, and encouraging, and always have the best interests of the Clients at heart. I am excited to see what the future still has in store for me and TCG as we continue to grow and assist in the improvement of community health centers across the country to the advantage of patients and centers alike.
