38 years with this agency. Just had an auto accident where we were not at fault. We called this agency 1.5 days after the accident because we had not heard from them after notifying the carrier within hours of the accident. We did not get any help. We were forced to drive a car deemed total loss for 10 days after the accident. Why? This agency didn't even give us assistance with obtaining a rental car under our policy nor have a photo inspection of the car to start the insurance process. NOTHING. Once we had a rental car, we asked this agent why we had to pay for rental daily insurance, the response we received from this agency was unacceptable. Being in an accident is awful but, learning that our agent of 38 years was not there for us we even worse.
