Feedback:
Due to a very sudden and serious family illness we had to cancel our fully paid week. First we were told there was nothing they could do and later adhered to their cancellation policy. We asked if we could be credited for a week next yr that was not booked. This was meet with radio silence. I am a therapist and go to great lengths to provide customized treatments. This is a one size fits all agency and is not willing to work with customers beyond the status quo. We never recommend them and find their rigidity indicator of poor customer relations
