Overall Feedback:

Our local non profit called 4 OTHER graphic designers to have our logo updated, and nobody answered the phone. The first company to pick up the phone was Lab Creative. I was immediately transferred to the best person who could help us, Andy, and after speaking with Lab Creative, we had logo within hours. Andy made the entire experience easy and responded to each message immediately. Stop reading reviews and call them! You will not find higher quality service or better people to work with.
