If zero stars was an option, that would be the choice. Our company has purchased calendars through this company for decades. This year, we placed the order in June, for September delivery. Promises made and broken by the owner. No phones being answered, or emails returned. One day an answering service answered but would not take a message for a call to be returned. They were told they could only take an email, as the company would not be returning calls. Guessing they aren't in business any longer????? Too bad for a 3rd generation company with a past reputation of excellent products and service. This put us in a huge bind, but luckily we found someone else who accepted a last minute large order and we have them in hand.
