I have been a customer of this business for over 25 years, and have found them to be the most friendly and professional business I have ever dealt with. Their follow through is always immediate and they go the extra mile in everything they do. It is a family run business that lets every customer know they are valued .They find the best product for the best price , and assist every way possible in getting a claim paid. imagine that, my 1-star rating, somehow jumped out of the peppler agency while they somehow pickup more than a dozen 5-Star ratings within a week. a bit FISHY? ...and the other 2 and 1 stars gone too! I don't review many, but for the past month I thought they just changed names, but today I check and find out they have must have paid a wizard-guru to clean up their act>>> well I've got the time to set things straight, and i'm back:....terrible customer service, 5 calls over 7wks- and no call backs One call to Ameriprise and I saved $2,000 a year" go figure this one
