I purchased a banner over 4 years ago with Sign Authority--the banner was not standing straight and tall. The warranty period was clearly over--Sign Authority took pride in calling the mfg company of the banner and the broken piece was replaced free of charge:) I could Sign Authority were committed to working out my problem with the banner stand and the mfg stood behind the product too. So rare these days--to go beyond a warranty period !!!! AND for staff to take the time to pursue the problem with the mfg company! No wonder they are so highly rated! A JOY to deal with and the difference a LOCAL business makes!

The Sign Authority has been providing the Radiological Society of North America with it's employee signage for many, many years now. The staff does an outstanding job at fulfilling each of our orders, and they're all a pleasure to work with.
