We hired the Symphony Agency in early 2018 to help us with our branding. We are a several year old tech company in Tampa and wanted to ensure that what we put out there in terms of our image and messaging was aligned with who we are, who we serve and how we provide value.We started with their Brand and Vision workshop which was on point, fun and impeccably organized. When done we also hired Symphony to design a new logo.We then used the outcome of this work as the guiding star in a complete website redesign that we completed internally.The results of getting clear on our brand and updating our look were immediate and impressive. We haven't changed 'who we are' and 'what we do', but by aligning our messaging with these, and to our ideal clients, we are attracting even more business and our sales cycle has shortened.
