When my prior agent retired, he sold his business to Taft, so I say I inherited them. Shortly thereafter, my wife was side swiped by a truck in a hit and run incident.and Taft gave us superb service in handing our claim. Then upon our renewal date, the insurance company raised our rates significantly, so I asked our agent if he could improve our situation and he found another highly rated company that saved up several hundred dollars. What more could you hope for? Well I guess if he paid my premiums that would be even better, but we still working on that!
