The Jones Family has been providing conservative and sound insurance advice, to the kansas city metro and beyond since 1947. All calls are answered by a real person who takes the time to know you and make appropriate recommendations. As an independent agent they dont work for any companies, they work for me. I appreciate that approach and have been very happy with their service, the coverages and the value I receive. I use them for home, auto, boat, umbrella, life, commerical general liability and workers comp. A few years ago I took my insurance to another agent. It was immediately apparent the difference in service. I came right back and have no intentions of ever leaving again. I highly recommend this agency for all of your insurance needs.
