ALERT... DO NOT USE THE SERVICE OF THOMAS COOK EVERFirst of all, I belong to a middle-class family. We are so passionate about traveling and thus we take a year long to save each and every penny for our ultimate goal that is to travel. Last year we took the service of Thomas Cook India(Kochi office) for our trip to Georgia, thanks to the advertisements and the huge reputation, we fell into that trap. Last moment they canceled that schedule. I am a student and my parents are working, so changing a date could cause a lot of problems. This year again we thought of giving a chance since they have assured a memorable trip to our dream destination to Europe. We paid an advance amount of one lakh fifty thousand three months prior to the trip (50k per head). As soon as we applied for a UK visa (one month prior to the trip) they changed the tour date after one week, which put us in a situation of chaos. At last, it was really hard for us to plan everything by ourself and we booked the tickets for huge rates. By Gods grace, the trip went well. But then again the advance money was not refunded. After so many calls and complaints, they refunded the amount after taking the visa charge of the trip which was canceled by them... WHERE IS YOUR REPUTATION THOMAS COOK? This is not just this year.. will never use your service again. And the people who are reading this, don't fall into their trap and get headaches.. long live Thomas cook
