I'm writing this review based on my interaction with this fabulous group of people. While I am not an insurance client of Thomas Heist, I was hired as an event DJ / AV tech to assist with one of their corporate presentations. I had the opportunity to see the principals in action and learned very quickly that they foster a family environment among their staff. The pep talks were all about creating a great work environment for employees which translates to superior customer service. They also treated me, as an outside vendor, like family. VERY courteous, professional, warm and welcoming. I work in corporate circles often and it is not often that i'm compelled to write about such a great experience.
