Condo insurance was confusing to us. Three policies - condo, owner and flood - all provide a portion of our coverage. Because of navigating among policies we wanted one broker to handle all three. Heist Insurance had the policies for the previous owner and we continued coverages. When we called to meet and discuss appropriate coverages or have called with requests, they have been both competent and prompt. That's worth 4 stars. Five stars would take being proactive beyond just news letters and surveys. For instance, calling us when we switched the policy to our name and offering to explain the ins and outs of a two owner condo and its coverages. Still, no complaints on service or product.
