Have been a customer for yeeeears. You might shop around but you won't find better rates. Friendly people, too.

We never get our replacement cards when they expire unless we call and the one time we had a claim they strung us on for months until they finally told us they wouldn't pay. When they tell me they'll call me back I have to call them two days later.

Thomas Payne has been handling my car insurance for many years and He and his entire staff have always been prompt, courteous and helpful. I have had several cars involved in accidents and State Farm has really come through. They have even helped me with things that weren't related to my insurance such as notarizing documents that I needed for other business affairs. They are truly terrific and I would recommend them to anyone

Horrible. I tried twice via email and twice via phone to transfer to Teresa Hensley and his office refused to honor my request. Do I not get to choose my own agent???
