I've dealt with other agents in the past at other firms who were not available when I called, and/or I wasn't sure if my email hit a spam filter as I wouldn't receive a same day response. I recently purchased a home in St. Augustine and my Aunt told me to call her Agent for quote. Boy was that great advice! Paula was so knowledgeable and professional and helped me to find just the right policy for my home! Now that I am officially moved in I will be reaching out to Paula for my car insurance needs too.

During the past two months, I have had the distinct pleasure of having Tracy Trezza as my personal lines account manager.Her association with me has been exemplary. She has provided me with timely, accurate, and insightful advice…especially when I went through rough times. I had to replace the whole house roof much earlier due to bad, soggy plywood boards with rusty nails. On top of this misfortune, my house later was flooded due to broken pipes and multiple leaks in the slab that forced me to have the whole house repiped into the attic.Due to my deafness, she was very patient with me by writing or typing everything to me. Her attempt at communicating with me is something out of the world! She should be commended for her effort to help me as her deaf client.Tracy is dedicated to her clients. All in all, Tracy is truly professional.
