I have had Tim as my State Farm insurance agent since I started driving 20 years ago. Two accidents later and many different cars insured, I can safely say that I will never stop doing business with him. Every time I speak with him about my policy or file a claim I get the same great service. To really drive home the point, during my last claim, the woman that I hit was so pleased with how smoothly Tim ran/oversaw the claim that she called me to ask for his phone number to explore switching over. Sure you can switch over to one of the “other places” and possibly save a couple dollars, but you will miss out on that personal touch. Events with cars (buying or crashing them) is stressful enough, it helps to know that when it happens you have a reliable person to walk you through it every step of the way. If you haven’t done so already, do yourself a favor and give Tim a call. You won’t regret it!
