I have known Tim and Jim for several years. When they started their agency, I brought my business over to them to try to support them in their new business even though it was more expensive for me to leave my old insurance carrier. Unfortunately, I have come to realize that Tim and Jim are not who they appear to be. They talk a nice game but it is all about business and money to them. I aerved on a fundraising committee with Tim for a local non profit organization and when Tim had a disagreement with the organization, he not only quit the committee, but also stopped communicating with his friends that are still on the committee---even though we were still his customers. They have trashed good relationships. More recently, along with their good friends Micky and Chuck, Tim and Jim helped organize a dinner event that was billed as "Evening Under the Pavillion" an anti "Evening Under the Stars" party. This dinner was designed to draw people away from a fundraiser that same evening for a non profit organization providing nutritional support for low income people living with terminal illnesses. Really? What kind of people signed things like this? I don't know too many nice that do things like that.Beware! Know what you are getting into .I have taken my business back to my old carrier . I won't reward mean and negative people with my business.
