Worst experience with any company! Called Dec. 26, 2017 for propane for mother. Told them she was down to 20% and elderly. They said would be the following Tuesday. I asked what to do if she ran out. Was told $130.00 more for an emergency. No gas Tues. Made numerous calls to all 3 offices. Kept telling us that her gas was on the truck, our gas would be here. Mom ran out during the freezing cold. On the 8th of Jan, 2018. I called from work and was told we were scheduled for the 10th. How many more elderly were lied to and misled to believe there gas was being delivered or got charged an extra $130.00 for an emergency. Sorry Titan, new tank, less expensive and delivered less than 24 hours, tank and all! You don't deserve our business! This automatically put up 2 stars. I think you get 0 stars.
