I am very satisfied with Tom Lane's State Farm office. We had wind damage to our roof and we were quickly able to get moving with the work of completing repairs and re-roofing as needed. Additionally, everyone in his office was friendly and very helpful during the whole process. I recommend them.

I regret ever giving this Bethalto office my bussiness. They wrote up my flood policy wrong and has cost me $5000 more than i should have been paying. When i informed them i never got a call back. Ill be getting a lawyer today.
