4 months of nothing but dropping calls, missed opportunities, Broken Promises. For a Business singing up with this Company and Cox Communications is tandem to Suicide and Bankruptcy! NOTHING WORKS AS PROMISED! At this point we would be better off using Smoke Signals and Cans with Strings! If you like doing business and serving your clients, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE! They literally fly by the seem on their pants, Phones can't even Transfer calls! Phone do make for Great Paper weights and can give you the Weather, But its functionality END RIGHT THERE!

One of my clients has been trying since March (7 Months and counting) to get their "New" Total Communications system up-and-running. They are losing calls and losing business. I have never seen such a lack of professionalism. Definately a must-to-avoid!
