Terrible management! Terrible trainers! Terrible Team leadership!! Terrible attitude! Terrible respect! No time allowed to grow in position or learn your trade. You train for 3 days then they throw you on the call floor to do cold outbound calls to customers who have been getting these automatic random calls 4 to 5 times a day for weeks on end. They have a script you need to follow word for word or they write you up for it. They assign the hours personally yet penalize you if you dont hit 40 for the week by bringing your pay down from $10 -$12 to $8 bucks. They hire you promising $12 an hour which you only make of youve worked at least 8 hours before 6 pm making you work 12 minimum hours to reach $12 an hour if call leads permit. Do not work here!!! They guve you 2 weeks in SiriusXM sales if u do less then 6 a day afterwards they throw to political at $8 an hour usually only 24 to 30 hours a week sometimes none if you are a newbie. Great coworkers who treat you well isnt good enough to make this place plesant. You also have tk make over 20 plus sales in a week to get commission which takes months to hit ur check. This place is just awful.
