This review is long overdue. I used Townsquare a few months ago and it was the worse experience in advertising that I have ever received. Ambed Hayes worked on my radio ad. Everytime I needed to meet with her or speak to her she was either sick, had family issues, or on vacation. We agreed on my ad to be on a modern rock radio station. Instead of my ad being on modern rock, it was on Christmas music. I tried to reach out to her to make a change but like I mentioned earlier she always had a excuse of why she didnt get back to me. When we first agreed on a ad she told me that I was going to receive a email with all of the times that my ad would be played. I only received that email once, after that one time I had to keep calling to request the next sheet of my ad times. Not once was I able to hear my ad on the radio. I contacted Amber, after a few days of waiting for her reply she told me that the ad is placed in a 30 minute window of the time that my ad would play on the radio. The next day I played the radio for a hour at the time that they said they would play my ad and I still did not hear anything. When my month was up I was ready to be finished with Amber and Townsquare. Amber kept my ads going even though we agreed on 1 month. I tried to get a hold of Amber but again she would not answer so I had to speak with management. Management then brought my price back to the 1 month. After that was completed I had a really busy schedule and couldn't find the time to go in and make a payment. I tried to contact Amber AGAIN to see if there is any way I can make a payment online instead of going in. I never received a reply. I had to get my girlfriend to go during her lunch to make a payment. I spent $1,200 for my ads. I didnt get a single lead. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY! IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD!
