Tracy and her team are absolutely amazing. Tracy reached out to me from her personal number to make sure I was okay and that I could reach her, even when the main office was closed. Despite the scary circumstances of my car accident, Tracy and her State Farm team have made me and my husband feel supported instead of totally lost and overwhelmed amongst all of juggling between insurance, medical coverage, body shop and rental car reservations.
