This place is the worst, I cancelled a PUNTA CANA trip DELTA refunded my money but this agency is stating they never got it I have check# and date. I will be calling the NY STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL!

STAY AWAY FROM USING THESE PEOPLE!!!! We had to cancel our trip to Punta Cana and STILL WAITING FOR OUR REFUND and we cancelled two weeks ago!!!!! These people are SLOW, RUDE and unprofessional on the phone. I asked to speak with a manager and they put me in touch with one but, the manager said to me, "I can't speak with you, you'll have to have your travel agent phone us!" YOU CAN'T SPEAK TO ME ABOUT " MY MONEY " that you been holding for 2 weeks now? How hard is it to punch in someone's credit card #'s and issue them a refund?!?!?!?!?!? DOESNT TAKE TWO WEEKS! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
