We had an incredible time and it was so much more relaxing and enjoyable knowing that you and your associates had handled everything in advance. Thank you also for entertaining my countless back and forth on tour and hotel questions. What speaks to your profession and your personal dedication to customer service was when we had to rejigger the entire second half of our eight day California vacation two days before leaving due to the wild fires in Yosemite. Thank you so much for educating me on travel insurance! We are so grateful we had it and even more grateful we had all of you right there with us to help unwind all the prepaid, very expensive booked plans we had in Yosemite. I'm still shocked that we received all of our funds back for that portion of the trip, which allowed us to continue to enjoy or family time together by traveling down the Pacific Coast Highway instead of sitting in a hotel surrounded by smoke from the national forest. Many thanks for everything and we will be sure to call again when we plan our next family adventure.
