Overall Feedback:

Strongly do not recommend this agent. Did not listen to anything we requested nor explain any details about the cruise we are trying to book. At least I found a agent in Tallahassee that found and explained everything and we now have our vacation booked and paid for. No telling where we would have ended up if we would have let this agent book us. To bad I even had to give the one star rating.
