Overall Feedback:
The only reason why I gave it a one is because the young lady that took my information was nice. However, I was inquiring to get high speed internet. She ran my credit I was approved. Had to put 55 down did that. Asked her when will a technician be out. She informed me they could not give out the information?? That was a red flag for me. But, like most of us we give people the benefit of the doubt. Days went by called to check to the status. I was informed I was not in the system. Ok, now I'm lost. The woman who ran my credit, had me sign paper work, charge my card 55, and I'm not in the system. Has to be a joke! The woman said she got real busy and she will try to put order in by the end of the business day. Ok, no problem. Called back two days look later. She informed me I'm in the system so I ask again, when will a technician be out. Same question, different response this time. She says well you have 30-40 people ahead of you. Excuse me! Cancel the service and refund my money. She said we never charge your card. Even worst. I gave you personal information and what you just having laying around. No. Unacceptable!
