Trillium still sucks! Unless they actually do their job and get someone where they want to be. I have the skills to do every job they have to offer and no calls from them to me at all. So I reapply and if course no call or email to tell me they are not getting me a job anywhere because I gave them a bad review back in 2016 when they didn't get me in the job I could do with my eyes closed.

I found a job I was a fit for .i was told I had to go through trillium. Trillium won’t place me because they say I’m not a fit for the staffing agency! I showed up 15min early , interrupted the recruiters lunch break , from then on she was a snob! I have a strong work ethic , nothing but good references. Only lost 2 jobs over medical reasons , but still got good references. I’m drug free , military background. Now how can I not be a good fit for a staffing agency for 800 hours ?!?!

Got me in, got me where I wanted to go, and benefits come from this agency. Never have I heard of that before. Good friendly staff, and straight to the point.

This place is bs. They hooked my 18yr old nephew up with an outside job in the winter which he couldnt take the harsh cold and quit a month later, so trillium decides to send a letter saying they wont help him find a job anymore. That to me is pathetic , that was his first job and you guys set him up with a job noone else would do. Its fine we dont need no junkie teeth lady finding him a job. Advastaff here we come.
